Best Price Offering and Hassle Free Negotiating I think everyone is in agreement when I say, "I hate having to buy/lease a car." It can be stressful and dreadful. BUT the team at Norm Reeves Volkswa I think everyone is in agreement when I say, "I hate having to buy/lease a car." It can be stressful and dreadful. Andrei made a huge effort to work with me on the phone and email so I didn't have to wait at the dealership for 4 hours to get the numbers that I wanted which I did at 2 other places. We worked it out over the phone so he could save me the time at the dealership. Andrei is not the typical pushy sales guy who will say anything to make the deal. I really appreciated his honesty and frankness. This is the reason I wanted to do business with them. Andrei, Jon, and Michael also also worked it out so I could be moved up in my tier regarding the credit. Michael is the financing manager that did the paperwork with me.
