amazing knowledge and service I have been looking for a Volkswagen cc for my daughter for a couple of months. Somehow she talked me into going all the way to Irvine from our home i I have been looking for a Volkswagen cc for my daughter for a couple of months. Somehow she talked me into going all the way to Irvine from our home in Marina Del Rey to see one that she found on line. It was well worth the drive. It started with a phone call to the dealership where I spoke with Ingrid (which ironically is my name) she was extremely polite and helpful. She checked to make sure the car was still available so I wouldn't waste a trip. Once we arrived we were helped by Robert Yang. He was very nice and incredibly knowledgeable about the car. He explained in detail every feature of the car, and more importantly the features that were most important to me as a parent of a teenager. Eg: safety! In all of the dealerships we've visited, no one has done this. The gentleman in finance, Michael was great too, and exceeded my expectations in getting me the finance terms that I wanted. I can't say enough great things about the team that we worked with at Norm Reeves Volkswagen. If you're ever in the market for a VW of any model, it is well worth the drive! More
