I was looking for a 2016 Jetta and Robert listened to my needs and want, explained the different trim levels of the Jetta and landed me on the right trim level within my budget. I got the Jetta with Technology package. He didn't up sell me a nicer model which they had in stock. After he took me for a test drive, I knew it was the car I wanted. We went inside the dealership and agreed on the price which was lower than I expected. Paperwork was done quickly and he paired the Bluetooth for my phone during the sales delivery. The whole process took less than 3 hours and it was a great experience. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go see Robert. More

She was fast and knew exactly what she was doing to make the car buying experience pleasant. She followed up with me and made sure i was still loving the car. Tj IllIiano was so amazing with all the finance work. He explained everything very well and was working really hard to to help me out were ever he could. The rest of the staff that helped me was so amazing as well. They all were so knowledgable about all their products. I bought a manual and i didn't know how to drive it so Eddie Silva took me out to a big open parking lot and taught me how to drive the car. He didn't care how long it took he just wanted to make sure i had it down enough to make it home safe. I really couldn't of asked for a better experience thanks guys for everything! More

Persistent staff The staff kept in touch with me for over a month while I saved money for my down payment. Seemed that it was important to them that all my questions were answered. I shopped many dealerships but ended up purchasing here. Chuck made me feel sincerely welcomed during my first visit even though I said right away that I was at least one month away from being able to buy. He spent probably 30 minutes with me going over some of the key features with me on the Golf R. I enjoyed talking with him. I must credit Robert with working extra hard to help make a deal that I was comfortable with. More
