Than Hua in the parts department is a Five Stars guy. He went out of his way to ensure that I was getting the proper part. And probably saved me hours of frustration. There were two options that showed up on his computer. I went out to check which one was correct. After a bit more online research, he realized that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference with the hood open. Without me asking he came out to my car, crawled underneath it and determined which part I needed. Without his initiative I probably would have been looking for the answer for hours online. Beware rude sales person and surge and hidden fees. I purchased a truck here around 20 years ago and thought I would give them a second chance. I asked about the surge pricing and added dealer options, I didn't want any of them, he became even more rude and aggressive. He would not let me test drive the car, because I didn't want to pay surge pricing of $7500. More

I was informed by a sales repr BEWARE UNPROFESSIONAL DON'T PURCHASE A CAR HERE!!! I reached out about a brief inquiry about a 2013 Hyundai Tucson. I was informed by a sales representative named Mike that the car was being serviced. He never called back. I called later about the car and made an appointment to do a test drive. Upon arrival at the dealership, I asked to speak to Mike only to be informed by the sales manager he was gone for the day. I explained that I just spoke to him via phone and made an appointment an hour ago. The sales manager stated to me I will have someone bring out the car. I waited patiently for about twenty minutes. The sales manager never returns to inform us about the status of the car. I was approached by a sales representative that I have never met before. He states " We can't find the keys or the car at this time. I immediately asked to speak to the manager. He stated the same thing. When I voice my concerns with the manager he appeared unbothered and irradiated. He continued to make excuses. I immediately left. Being a woman and purchasing a car is scary enough. I wasn't treated with great customer service today instead I experienced a horrific ordeal of unprofessionalism and rudeness. More
I came in Thursday because I was due for an oil change but my passenger side mirror had been hit and needed it checked. I wasn't sure if all parts were still there. My service adviser was Robert Farr and he was great. He came back and all parts were there and service just reconnected everything. Was concerned I would need an entire new mirror and would cost a lot. I had been to a dealer years ago that would have up sold just to make more money. Norm Reeves Toyota never does that. I also went to parts and had great service from Hector. He came out to my car to check the paint on the mirror hood for me which had me go to collision and had great service from Francisco. He ordered the cover part for my mirror and will replace when part comes in and even said he will take care of the spots that need touch up when the touch up paint comes in that Hector ordered for me. How many times do you leave a service dept feeling absolutely happy because you had great service by 3 people? On Tues I was one of them. Thank you Robert, Hector and Francisco. More

Bad experience. I bought 2 cars in a span of a week and my dealer Louis Fiagbor had too many things to do to focus on our deal process, after getting approved for 2 cars he was constantly away, 1st car the my dealer Louis Fiagbor had too many things to do to focus on our deal process, after getting approved for 2 cars he was constantly away, 1st car they didn't mention any optional add on for the cars, I had to go back and cancel some fees, but some expensive fees are too late to cancel. 2nd CAR THEY LOST THE KEYS right after closing the deal, they had to break into the car to find out if its even there, and it wasn't. BRAND NEW CAR WITH BENT DOOR PILLAR AND SCRATCHES ON DOOR PAINT. At this point i have to go back TWICE to the store and wait so they can fix it, it's irritating that i have to suffer extra hours of waiting for someone else mistake! If you ever come to this place i suggest you avoid Louis, i asked him many questions about the car he was selling and most of the time his answer was I Dont Know. He didn't even have a plan to demonstrate the car multimedia system after everything, he just said "you're free to go". More
