I asked to check front brakes closely because I had noticed some shaking under heavy braking and previous service visits had shown that the pads were starting to get thin. Q called me promptly with results of brake inspection, and I gave the go-ahead to replace the pads and surface the rotors. All work (including added brake job) was completed by the original promised time. More
