Lousy service department I've been coming to the service dept for my car needs for years. The last couple of visits I've noticed the place is really going down hill and the cu I've been coming to the service dept for my car needs for years. The last couple of visits I've noticed the place is really going down hill and the customer service is also lacking. First of all the place is chaos,....cars everywhere very unorganized with no direction. I pulled up for my oil change and was completely ignored, finally when one of the employees spoke it was to tell me to pull up my car a couple lengths...... he was short and rude about it. After that I sat in my car for about 15 to 20 minutes, and again was ignored. Finally the guy came out.....anyway the staff outside and inside are rude, I wouldn't reccomend this place. More

Terrible Appt time was 7:30 for 25,000 maintenance. It took almost 2 hours for tire rotation and fluid top off. Also was. Charged $25 for this service because I was not under 25,000 miles. I own 2 new Toyota vehicles and drive 30 miles to come for service at this dealership. This experience causes me to question the value of using Toyota for service and perhaps future car purchases employees are friendly however situations should cause reflection and responses that make sense even if the normal practices are established.
