This dealership will sell you an extended warranty and describe it as an extended maintenance plan. When you discover what they did they are of no help and do not try to fix the problem. Mark Ridener was describe it as an extended maintenance plan. When you discover what they did they are of no help and do not try to fix the problem. We really appreciate the detail in fixing the paint defect on the midnight white recall. Toyota did right by standing up to the realization of a terrible original paint job and amended with their lo defect on the midnight white recall. Attitudes, Rip-Offs & poor customer service are best to describe this place. I would avoid if possible. No Bueno! The “guy” who determines if parts would be covered under warranty was not in that day...wanted me to leave car in over the weekend (for no reason). Horrible experience...and this was the 3rd bad experience I’ve had at this dealership. This Mickey Mouse operation has no idea what’s going on...I would steer very far away from this facility. More
