I am very unhappy and disappointed. Iam a returning customer since 2017. I dropped my truck off on Friday November 13 at 9:15am for a maintenance appointment, it took them all day and not even once the customer since 2017. I dropped my truck off on Friday November 13 at 9:15am for a maintenance appointment, it took them all day and not even once they'd call me to tell me that my truck is done. The service adviser Denise Lopez said that she texted me around 12pm saying the my truck was finished. She lied. I never got any text or a phone call. I called at 2:37pm and the receptionist pick up and she went and ask if my truck was finished, the technician told her not yet about another 15min all so. So I waited for a phone call but I feel asleep, I woke up at 5pm never got any phone call so I call around 5:05pm and this time a man picked up my call and he was helping me but he couldn't find any paperwork on my truck. So I had to wait until the next day to get my truck. Should not take a whole day just to get an oil change a tire rotation and a multi point inspection. I will not be returning to this dealership for my service again. More

I experienced Horrible customer service. I was not clearly explained anything and then I was treated poorly when I mentioned a second opinion. I waited around for a long time to talk to service manage clearly explained anything and then I was treated poorly when I mentioned a second opinion. I waited around for a long time to talk to service manager. I was then told “I failed my job” when I complained about the service and lack of information I was given about my car and instead of explaining, I was told “come in and trade my car” when it has essentially no value. The notes from my previous visit were not in the system and had to wait yet again for the Svc manager to obtain them. I said I was going to take my service somewhere else and he came back with those missing notes now implemented into their system with a comprehensive report done by the manager who was not there the day I came in, in august. I was there waiting around for roughly 2 hours after my car had been “done” More
