Service Department is TERRIBLE, do not be served by LUIS MARQUEZ. My vehicle was not inspected for what it was brought in for. My sensor has been loose and I had to brought it in for repair, mind you the se MARQUEZ. My vehicle was not inspected for what it was brought in for. After leaving my first appointment the sensor fell off completely and along went a second sensor! (Check pictures) My car was there for over 10 hours and they went as little was even checking tire gages, the air pressure was low when I left; completely disgusting with the customer service Luis and Larry the manager provided. A COMPLETE DISGRACE TO TOYOTA. Save yourself the headache and take your vehicle else where! My car is New 2023 and has NEVER been in any accident. Still under warranty Though this dealer claims it has been with aftermarket repair. They declined that that issue was their fault and did nothing for hours. LAZY AND POOR ATTITUDE! More
