Amazing Customer Service My car was recently due for its 5000 mile service. The service coordinator (Vickie) contacted me via email to let me know my car should be brought in. My car was recently due for its 5000 mile service. The service coordinator (Vickie) contacted me via email to let me know my car should be brought in. I explained I was extremely busy and did not want to come in on the weekend. She worked with me and my schedule to coordinate a solution. She arranged for a loaner car to be dropped off at my apartment downtown first thing in the morning. The loaner car arrived on time and I drove it to work (they took my car to the dealership for service). While at work I received a call saying that the service on my car was complete, and that we were all set to reverse swap the loaner for my car the following morning at my apartment. I am so satisfied that I was able to get my car serviced by the dealership without missing work or taking it myself on the weekend. This is the way all dealerships should service their customers' cars. Great experience! More
AMAZING customer service So I needed my oil changed and my State inspection was overdue. I called and spoke with Vicki who organized a time for the pick-up service they offer. I didn't have to take time away from work to drop off my car... which is great. Vicki called to say the driver was on his way. Oscar arrived right on time, he was very professional and curteous. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the machine that issues the inspection sticker. Carlos called to apologize and said they were trying get it fixed. Vicki also called to apologize. I was AMAZED at the next step. They offered to have their driver take my car to a different dealership, have the inspection performed, and then drop the car off at either my workplace or home. The professionalism, the problem-solving behavor and the frequent follow-up was outstanding! More
Excellent Service Rep - Shelly J We have been using Cowboy Toyota for approximately 16 years. I don't know when Shelly started at this dealership but she has been the best thing. She is honest about what you really need to have done for your car. She doesn't sell you something you don't need. Although there are plenty of Toyota dealerships in this area, I go to Cowboy because of Shelly. If she leaves - I leave. More
On my first trip to the service dept. at Cowboy Toyota, I had a very good experience.The entire service experience was impressive to say the least. I was greeted by one worker when I got there. I could see they were busy with other customers, but in a few minutes I had my turn. Tim Dorweiler handled me, and was thorough, even asked me if it was okay to wash my car when they were through! Which they did! THANK YOU TIM! Keep this up and you have a customer for life! I was just there for minor service, and the wait was minimal. I highly recommend them. Jannette More

Waste of money, they obviously did not do anything- I had to refill my own fluids that were low at my own expense. Also pointed out the broken windshield wiper after they checked it off as good. They obviously did not care about the safety of my vehicle enough to even give it a quick glance. Next experience crossed them off the list forever- charged me $300 for changing headlights. Claimed they had to take the bumper off- the headlight procedure is in the owners manual and takes 30 seconds, I'd done it before. I expected to pay a premium, but that is ridiculous and insulting. Stay far away, they are the exact reason dealership service departments get a bad reputation. Pickup and delivery service are not worth it to be treated this way. I would not put it past this dealership to 'create' issues with your vehicle. More
Even though we couldn't buy our Sienna there (it's a 2005)we've taken it there for all the service. Nothing has been needed except regular maintance, other than an exploded moon roof. Insurance covered that but it was time for a new timing belt. I called a closer dealer and was quoted $495. I don't seriously think I'd have gone there anyway but Cowboy's quote was $395. My insurance company deals with Enterprise. They gave me a 2011 Impala. It was very underpowered and so was the air conditioner on 110 degree day! When I got my Sienna back I was one happy person! I know my car is old, but I promised "her" I wouldn't trade her in! I really do need a new vehicle and kind of flirted with the Ford Flex. But as I left the service department, I thought about the terrific service I've had at Cowboy...honest...dedicated...and the best price around. I'd be crazy to give that up. Now the problem is deciding which Toyota..Sienna or Venza! So, the service department was the deciding factor. I hope the owners know just how valuable Shelly and Alan are! More
TOOK MY HIGHLANDER IN FOR BRAKE WORK ALAN HAD HIS TECHS CHECK IT OUT AND TOLD ME THAT IT DID NOT NEED BRAKES REPAIRED IT WAS SOME LOOSE FENDER LINER CLIPS. WAS VERY HONEST AND SAVED ME SOME MONEY I WILL BE CHECK IT OUT AND TOLD ME THAT IT DID NOT NEED BRAKES REPAIRED IT WAS SOME LOOSE FENDER LINER CLIPS. WAS VERY HONEST AND SAVED ME SOME MONEY I WILL BE GOING BACK FOR SURE.THE ATTITUDE AT COWBOY TOYOTA SEEMED VERY FRIENDLY. More
