Justin was also very friendly and attentive and answered all the questions we had. He spent 15 minutes showing us how to set up the GPS route finder before the service was begun. He is definitely a terrific advertisement for high quality service at Cowboy Toyota. We'll be back!! More
Great Experience! As I was driving to the dealership I was talking to my mother, and she said "why do you go to the dealership; they are always more expensive." My ori As I was driving to the dealership I was talking to my mother, and she said "why do you go to the dealership; they are always more expensive." My original answer was they were just so great when we bought the car that I felt some loyalty to them. When I arrived my service tech, Justin Auchter, was with another customer, so someone else checked me in and got me set up so I didn't have to wait. Justin called me to discuss my service options and provided me with personal recommendations based on his experiences with the different brand. When I went to pick up my vehicle Justin was off that day, but that didn't stop him from providing amazing service. I had an email waiting for me telling me that he had found a rebate on the tires I had purchased. That is really going above and beyond. The transaction had been completed, I had paid, and was satisfied with my service, but Justin went above and beyone and provided me the rebate info he found. He could have just as easily let it be, but he wanted to make sure I received all the savings I could. I think there is a lot to be said when you can provide amazing service without even seeing each other during the proces. And that is why I go to the dealership; not just any dealership, I drive 30 miles out of my way to go to Cowboy Toyota. Thanks Justin! More

On moving to Dallas we tried various dealers settling on Cowboy for sales and GREAT service. Something may have occurred because our go to service guy was gone, other service guys treated you as a number etc and as recent as a service about 3 months back I was ready to drive further for simply a better attitude and promises to be kept. BUT Last week wow - Justin restored my faith. I needed a service and wasn't sure how big it was - he filled me in. I had to run home to get my laptop so I could work while I waited the one hour or so. He booked me in so when I get back my 4 runner was whisked straight in. Service was completed in less than an hour. Cowboy you have my restored my faith. Love the sales team too! More
Sloppy service I took my 2014 FJ Cruiser to Cowboy Toyota for its first service at 5000 miles. After leaving, the wheel alignment was worse than it was before I took I took my 2014 FJ Cruiser to Cowboy Toyota for its first service at 5000 miles. After leaving, the wheel alignment was worse than it was before I took it in. They scratched part of the steering wheel and left brown greasy hand prints all over the grille of my truck. Cowboy Toyota is very close my house but I guess I'll be driving further to another dealership for service in the future. I don't know what they normally charge for service. I have Toyota Care so it was free for me. More
