I'm typically boring my wife to tears when I'm on my hospitality soapbox talking about how every industry (auto, sales, medical, business, legal, etc.) would do well to adopt the principles of hospitality inherent in the restaurant industry (in the good ones, at least). I was refreshed to find exactly that type of attitude in Shelly Jackowski and the service team. I came in for an airbag recall (something that was of no charge to me), and she took it all very seriously and gave me the best possible treatment I could've received. She even gave me her cell number and called me personally to let me know the car was ready, but if I couldn't pick it up same day that I could come in the next morning. Incredibly professional, hospitable, and classy in every way. I don't recall a better customer service experience to date. Thanks, Shelly! More

Shelly the service manager i worked with was so helpful and quickly figured out t Came here after having a really bad experience at Toyota Lewisville. Shelly the service manager i worked with was so helpful and quickly figured out the issue. She called in Kurtis a mechanic there (convinced he is the best mechanic in Dallas!) to get me all taken care of. Lewisville dealership said it would be 2 days before they could even LOOK at my car for a simple issue, took Shelly and Kurtis all of 30 minutes to get me completely taken care of. Amazing! Have had my Toyota for 7 years, and we will come here for any needs it has from now on. More
Poor customer service skills & disrespect I was directed to the parts department on 6/10/17 between 2:10 & 2:30 pm. I was made to feel as if I didn't matter, as a customer or a person. When I approached the parts counter The parts guy couldn't stop watching his video on his phone long enough to wait on me or even greet me. Even after his video had ended, there was no hello or sorry for the delay. I can hardly believe I bought the truck from that dealership, but one thing for sure it's my last one. I can't purchase vehicles from dealerships where I get no respect when I come in for parts. And by the way the cashiers weren't any friendlier either. The building has been remodeled & looks great, but unfortunately some of the employees attitudes need a remake as well. This dealership will never reach it's full potential as long as attitudes such as these are a part of it. Thank you Art McGee, former Cowboy Toyota customer. More

Shelly is great Squirrels ate my engine wiring in my RAV4 so it was towed to Cowboy Toyota. I felt powerless in this situation but Shelly Jackowski, the service manager helped me. She took me through the whole process from day one. She took my calls and called me when needed to keep me current on the progress. As a senior citizen, I am not always treated with the respect and understanding I received from Shelly. My car was returned to me in a timely manner, clean, looking like a new car. The final bill was less than I expected it to be but most of all, a terrible situation was made eaiser. I appreciate Shelly. More

Strongly Recommend Shelly Jackowski(Service) I have used Shelly Jackowski for over 2 years @ Cowboy Toyota. She is so organized and is the very best that I have ever dealt with in a car dealers I have used Shelly Jackowski for over 2 years @ Cowboy Toyota. She is so organized and is the very best that I have ever dealt with in a car dealership service department. For instance, I was needing a part and it was ordered very timely by Shelly well before I brought the car in. Further, when servicing my car I will tell her I need it back by the next day afternoon and I will receive a call the next morning that the car is ready to pick up. She not only excels in car servicing but she has a very pleasant personality in dealing with people. I am very impressed with the Cowboy Toyota dealership and especially with Shelly Jackowski in Service. Fred E. Turner More
