my tire diagnosis appointment was at 11:30, was called at 2:30 to confirm they needed 2 patches and when I showed up at 4:30 they hadn't serviced my car. Antonio was kind enough to try and speed up the proce 2:30 to confirm they needed 2 patches and when I showed up at 4:30 they hadn't serviced my car.
