When I called (Now almost three years ago) and spoke to Stephanie, I told her exactly what I was looking for. She was so easy to talk to! When I came in, we were instant friends! I was a little nervous about everything since it was a new process for me. Stephanie's personality and genuine smile almost immediately broke down all of my guards, and I was at ease with the whole thing. Now having come back for the second time, and purchasing my SECOND new car from her, I couldn't be more pleased.
