I had initially gone there to look at a specific car, but found out that it had been sold. I had also just had a terrible experience at a nearby dealer. Edida went the extra mile in helping me look at and test drive a car that had just come in. She was not pushy, but very personable and down-to-earth. I really appreciate the fact that they started with the internet price, took off the trade, and went from there. I also appreciate the fact that the finance process lasting 35 minutes from start to finish which includes the wait of 20 minutes for the next available finance person, Stephanie Foreman.
