I normally don't write reviews, but the experience was so positive that I wanted to share the information. Stephanie was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and wanted to provide as much information about the car as possible. I didn't buy the car immediately, but after I decided to make the purchase, she arranged to complete the transaction with the business office on the phone (easy, no pressure). As soon as the paper work was completed, she drove the car to our home (45 min drive) and spent about 2 hours acquainting us with the car. She then drove the trade-in back to the dealership. On the way, I called her because I had forgotten to transfer the tolltag to the new car. She turned around, returned to our home, and completed the transfer. She was always helpful and friendly.
