Jim Pialarski found the Genesis G80 I wanted and was very nice and professional. However, we felt the buying process was too long. I called Adam Cooper and set up an appointment for that afternoon. After a brief test drive, we were back at his desk in their showroom to start the paper work for me to buy the car. After that, Adam took me back to the finance department for the final loan processing. I forgot his name but I have never had such an interesting and enjoyable experience in discussing the finance options for a new vehicle. After that, I was on my way with my new car, having left my other car at their lot to be picked up later that evening. Total time in and out was less than a little over 2 hours--the quickest, shortest time I've ever spent buying a new car. More
