Great experience! I arrived on a Saturday, around 11 a.m., a time I would expect to be fairly busy; and they were. However, I was immediately greeted at the door and when I told the salesman the vehicle I was interested in, was shown same immediately, and took it for a test drive. Prices and financing were discussed and agreed upon in a fairly short time frame, and then I waited probably 45 minutes until the next finance person was available to have me sign all the appropriate forms. Everyone was very pleasant and I never felt pressured. I felt the operation was about as streamlined as it could be, and very pleased with the results and the vehicle I drove away in around 1:30 p.m. More
