Master windows switch problem under warranty I have Hyundai GENESIS with master windows switch problem under warranty. It doesn't work quite often. I visited Cerritos Hyundai service on 9/15/ I have Hyundai GENESIS with master windows switch problem under warranty. It doesn't work quite often. I visited Cerritos Hyundai service on 9/15/16 and showed a service man it didn't work. He asked me to make an appointment to check it more after witnessing malfunction. I visited Cerritos Hyndai service in the morning on 9/21/16 after the appointment. I had to have a day off because the service man told me it might take a whole day. (The service man is the same guy witnessed the malfunction and he remembers it.) I got a call from the service man in the evening saying 'my car is ready to pick up.' I thought they replaced or fixed the problematic master windows switch. However he said it worked fine as designed because they cannot repeat the same problem... Does it make sense for them to do nothing even though the service man witnessed it? I was able to repeat the problem in 10 minutes in front of service manager and the second service man when I picked up my car not fixed at 6 30 PM. Manager told me to come in the morning next day. I am not sure what technician looked into for 8 hours even though I was able to repeat the problem in 10 mins. I will see how many days Hyudai makes me to waste. --> after multiple complaints, they did their best replacing the master switch providing me their loaner vehicle during repair period. More

The se Although we love our Azera I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We have had the worst service possible for relatively simple stuff. The service team has no follow through, and the manager Katherine does nothing to accommodate a bad situation. We took our Azera in about two months ago for a bad battery. It took 3 days to fix, no loaner was offered and rather than to figure out why a two year old battery died they were worried about charging us for the battery and fuel injection service. Immediately the car ran worse than when we took it in. None of the electrical options worked, bake up camera was broke, could not change channels on the radio etc. The whole infotainment system was malfunctioned. We called Katherine explaining the issue. First thing out of her mouth was the radio is out of warranty (41k miles) and I had to wait till Wednesday or Thursday to bring it in. Keep in mind it worked fine before they serviced the car. Again no loaner offered. We dropped the car of on Sunday afternoon, filled out the form and waited. We were called by a Howie Vu on Monday that our car was going to be ready on Tuesday. No we found out what's wrong, here is the game plan nothing. I called Tuesday several times, Howie had the day off so I called Katherine nothing. I called Wednesday, nothing. Katherine called back but explained our car needed parts and it was going to be a week before we get it back. Said she would get us a loaner once it arrived. Thursday after several calls we find out the parts were in and they would reach out. Katherine said a loaner was due back anytime ( we believe this car does not exist). Keep in mind we were never told what was wrong nor did we ok the repair, most times they tell you what they are doing first, just common sense. Thursday we did find out it's a valve in the exhaust, they are going to fix it and we would be called on Friday. No call Friday or Saturday. Today we had to call repeatedly to get ahold of someone. Howie said the parts were in and we will get the car back tomorrow. I've worked in this industry and understand the process. I also know people get busy and things happen. We are probably the easiest people to work with, we just wanted to know why a luxury 40k$ was having so many issues. No one knows, no accommodation no nothing. We also bought the extended warranty on the car for the electrical components up to 75k, they simply have no clue what they were doing. I would have taken it somewhere else, but the car was fine ( like perfect ) then we went out to start one morning and had to have it towed in. Since we got the car back it was worse and stuff that worked fine now didn't. I figured I'd give them a chance to fix it. Worst mistake I've made in car service. We've owned a lot of cars, many service calls, this one takes the cake for the worst we have ever had. And we still don't know if it will be ready tomorrow and if it will work. The car is great. But beware, service here is terrible, beyond terrible. I am writing letters to the Gm at the dealership and my sister in law works for Hyundai and we are taking it to the dealer services as well. Sorry for the long review, there was a lot more to it but I'd be writing until next week. Regards Robert and Canden Schultz Disappointed Hyundai owners. She returned every voice mail message I left in her voice mail on a timely matter. She also called and providing updates and follow ups. She also got other employees involved to resolve the issue. Great Job! More
What Customer Service? This last Monday (7/27) I came in to the service center around 5:45pm and left my car with Fernando Felix. He let me know that he'd call me or text me when my car was finished. 2 1/2 hours later as I'm waiting in the sales lobby trying to get in contact with Fernando, I decide to walk over to the service center and find it locked up. I then came to a sales rep who told me that the technicians leave at 5pm! The posted service hours are 7am-7pm! After telling the sales rep my story and explaining that I have work early the next morning and I need my car, he told me there's nothing he could do about it. As far as he was concerned it was perfectly fine that I be left stranded till 7 the next morning because he never asked about how I would get home. Luckily I have a wife who was able to pick up and drop me back off the next morning to an untouched car. When I came to drop off my car Monday, no one cared to tell me that no one would be working on my car and that I'd have to wait till the next day, there was no communication to me when I tried reaching out to Fernando on the number he left me, no one cared to check on me as I sat in the sales lobby for hours, and when faced with a dilemma the Hyundai staff was secure to leave me without a vehicle or to meet any of my concerns. Even now, I am still waiting for a call from the Service Manager, that Fernando promised me. This is a complete failure of customer service. *Update* So after the terrible customer service mentioned above Jared R. of Hyundai comments on my Yelp review and directs me to follow up with the customer service manager. So I'm supposed to be calling up someone else to hear my concern? Fernando was already made aware of my concern Tuesday and promised that Suzie Wills, the customer service manager would contact me. I texted him again Thursday with no reply. Not only that, I emailed my concerns to your service department email given on your website WEDNESDAY! Only now on Friday, (4 days from the incident) is someone is reaching out to me and they're telling me I need to go complain somewhere else. If customer service is truly their concern than I would like to see the evidence. More

I just bought my brand new black car last week and I had to bring it in for detailing. The service center did a great job but there was still a scratch. I asked for them to fix it and they did it with no he to bring it in for detailing. The service center did a great job but there was still a scratch. The service is nice and quick. The rep was funny and helpful. The manager came out to welcome us, gave us water and chips. I got a great deal for the Sonata SE 2.0T 2014. You should ask for Vito.
