My wife and I explained a consultant that my car exhibits a slight jerking motion when I press the accelerator immediately after releasing the brake. He walked us through every step to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase. The manager, Jay, worked with us alongside Andy to form a deal. They were both attentive and patient in helping us make an informed decision. However, the great service continued even after the purchase. They followed up to offer assistance and answer any questions or concerns. We went to multiple locations and received different offers but this location had unmatched professionalism and customer service. They offered competitive pricing for the quality of the vehicle.
