Ive been to several different dealers and have been harrassed by all the sales people but Cerritos hyundai was different. I pulled in and was greeted by Jorge. He asked a few questions about what i wanted and said he had what i was looking for. I told him i didnt want to waste his time and that i wasnt buying that day and he said " it doesnt matter car buying is a big deal so i should take my time " i looked around and asked questions that he new all the asnwers too. Long story short there was no negotiation. The managers gave me an amazing deal on my sonata and the finance guy was the funniest guy ever. Being the first time buying a new car i felt that it was way too easy but they made me realize that is the way its supposed to be. I have already recommended this dealer to all my family and friends and my girlfriend went and bought a car as well. Thanks so much Cerritos Hyundai More
From just leaving one message for Ricky Peters he got back to me very promptley. I had explained that I was going to buy a new 5.0 genisis from one of his competitors but before I did I hadn't seen an r back to me very promptley. I had explained that I was going to buy a new 5.0 genisis from one of his competitors but before I did I hadn't seen an r spec. He stated that he had one and then told me about the differences. After findig out that they did not come in white or a light color interior I stated that I think I will Just stay loyal to the original dealer. Their price was more than fair. I further explained that even if his price was a few dollars less per month on the 36 month lease Iprobably won't change my mind . He told me that he would at lease like a chance at my business and explained that he had some special CD' for a gift for me. When I reiterated I would probably still be going with my original dealer he texeted me back and said no matter who I buy from that he would still like to give me the gift. He got back to me shortly with a $792 savings. I'm loyal , but I do like money ! I called and spoke to the original sales person at Harbor and he stated that they probably didn't have the car instock and the price quoted was impossible. At 9:30 am on wednsday morning I was done within an hour, paperwork and all. Ricky then spent almost 2 hours with me to show me how to work all of the functions and the DVD AND CD gift were great. I've been in the auto industry 42 years and would give him an E rating for excellance and professionalism. also your finance director was great an showed great professional courtesy do to the fact that he knew that I had been and sill am in the business for many years. Thank you Ricky, your sales manager that I never had the pleasure of meeting and your finance director. An excellant experiance. Looking forward to see how your service department is. What a great experience buying my hard-to-find 2013 Genesis Coupe! I live in San Diego and wanted to purchase the 2.0T Premium in Circuit Silver. The problem? San Diego dealers have no inventory -- no Genesis Coupe! I live in San Diego and wanted to purchase the 2.0T Premium in Circuit Silver. The problem? San Diego dealers have no inventory -- no cars and no timeline for getting this model. After searching the Internet, I found two silvers, one at WIN Hyundai in El Monte and one at Cerritos Hyundai, which is much closer. All it took was a single phone call to Cerritos answered by super salesperson Jon Haidar. We did the lease deal by phone the night before and the rest is history. The numbers were well below two deals I worked out with San Diego dealers (and they still had to find a car!). Naturally -- based on Yelp reviews -- I was skeptical that the deal was the real thing and worried that the numbers would change once I drove 100 mi. to Cerritos. But what a nice surprise. By the time I arrived, Jon already had prepped the car and pre-populated my lease application with information I gave him on the drive up. A quick signature to run my credit and out popped the paperwork for my signature. The deal was real and I was one happy car buyer. No BS. Just a good old-fashioned bargain that is easly one of the top two car buying experiences of my life (I'm 58). I knew what a great lease price was on this car and Cerritos Hyunadi delivered. Also thanks to sales manager David Rosas who didn't screw around with me once I arrived. The price I was quoted by phone was the price I paid! I think this dealership respects people who do their homework and know what they want. I got a great deal. No BS. Just the real deal. More

We had a very bad experience at Keyes Hyundai (Van Nuys). Their salesman would only focus on the monthly sales price and would not tell us the price of the car until the final papers were drawn up. Although they "reduced" the monthly price by about $50, the car's base price had only been reduced about $500 -- clearly they were being dishonest with the price amount before/after negotiations. Cerritos Hyundai was the complete opposite experience. We were in and out of the dealer in about an hour, the terms of purchase were negotiated via email a day or two before, and the price/terms agreed to by email were the price/terms waiting for us at the dealer. No hidden fees/costs. No bate-and-switch. Nothing but courtesy, friendliness, and respect from Cerritos Hyundai. I would strongly suggest that anyone interested in buying a Hyundai go and visit Cerritos Hyundai rather than one of the bigger dealers, like Keyes, who clearly didn't want to work with us because they sell plenty of cars. We saved about $2,000 by buying with Cerritos, and the irony is that the car we purchased from Cerritos was transferred from Keyes for us... we in essence bought the same car at another dealer for significantly less. Great buying experience with Cerritos. More
I just bought a 2012 Accent GLS!! I actually wasn't looking to buy a new car at this time, but because of certain circumstances I decided it was time for a one. Besides, who can beat a 10 year/10,000 m looking to buy a new car at this time, but because of certain circumstances I decided it was time for a one. Besides, who can beat a 10 year/10,000 mile warranty, right?! Our saleman Riccardo was very knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured. Saeid was awesome at making the numbers fit into my budget and the finance guy, Mark, was HILARIOUS! He pretty much took the "sting" that some of us feel, out of signing a new contract. With that being said, if the service department is as good as the sales department, my next car will definitley be bought at Cerritos Hyundai! Thanks guys, I am LOVING my new car! More

They have such a good size inventory that they had exactly the vehicle I was looking for in stock. Since it's a popular car and package, they could have tried to sell it to me at a higher price, but Cerritos Hyundai worked with me to offer the best price possible. Ricky was super helpful and made the buying process a breeze. He genuinely loves the brand and his job and looks out for his customers. I really appreciated his assistance. I live in LA, so I went out of my way a bit to shop at Cerritos Hyundai, but it was well worth the drive. Everyone with whom I've dealt thus far - in sales, finance and service - has been incredibly helpful and professional. More
