I'm very satisfy with the customer service offered by Hyundai in Cerritos. My car was a difficult to get a hold of but Ricky helped in making sure I get the car I want. We had a very bad experience at Keyes Hyundai (Van Nuys). Their salesman would only focus on the monthly sales price and would not tell us the price of the car until the final papers were drawn up. Althoug Their salesman would only focus on the monthly sales price and would not tell us the price of the car until the final papers were drawn up. Although they "reduced" the monthly price by about $50, the car's base price had only been reduced about $500 -- clearly they were being dishonest with the price amount before/after negotiations. Cerritos Hyundai was the complete opposite experience. We were in and out of the dealer in about an hour, the terms of purchase were negotiated via email a day or two before, and the price/terms agreed to by email were the price/terms waiting for us at the dealer. No hidden fees/costs. No bate-and-switch. Nothing but courtesy, friendliness, and respect from Cerritos Hyundai. I would strongly suggest that anyone interested in buying a Hyundai go and visit Cerritos Hyundai rather than one of the bigger dealers, like Keyes, who clearly didn't want to work with us because they sell plenty of cars. We saved about $2,000 by buying with Cerritos, and the irony is that the car we purchased from Cerritos was transferred from Keyes for us... we in essence bought the same car at another dealer for significantly less. I just bought a 2012 Accent GLS!! I actually wasn't looking to buy a new car at this time, but because of certain circumstances I decided it was time for a one. Besides, who can beat a 10 year/10,000 m looking to buy a new car at this time, but because of certain circumstances I decided it was time for a one. Besides, who can beat a 10 year/10,000 mile warranty, right?! Our saleman Riccardo was very knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured. Saeid was awesome at making the numbers fit into my budget and the finance guy, Mark, was HILARIOUS! He pretty much took the "sting" that some of us feel, out of signing a new contract. With that being said, if the service department is as good as the sales department, my next car will definitley be bought at Cerritos Hyundai! Thanks guys, I am LOVING my new car! More

They have such a good size inventory that they had exactly the vehicle I was looking for in stock. Since it's a popular car and package, they could have tried to sell it to me at a higher price, but Cerritos Hyundai worked with me to offer the best price possible. Ricky was super helpful and made the buying process a breeze. He genuinely loves the brand and his job and looks out for his customers. I really appreciated his assistance. I live in LA, so I went out of my way a bit to shop at Cerritos Hyundai, but it was well worth the drive. Everyone with whom I've dealt thus far - in sales, finance and service - has been incredibly helpful and professional. More

We went to Glendora Hyundai dealership before visiting Cerritos and it was horrible. The sales person was nice but the sales manager was a jerk who did not seem to care if he put people in vehicles or not Cerritos and it was horrible. He was unhelpful and unwilling to work with us at all which was absurd considering the fact that he did not have the color or style of vehicle that I wanted on his lot. He could not order the car I wanted and basically said I was out of luck. He didn't care and it was obvious - the sales room was empty - there were no other customers and the reason for that was telling - no one wanted to work for our business. Initially we avoided Cerritos Auto Mall because we had a horrible experience previously at Nissan but then thought we'd give it another shot because Hyundai was a different car dealer. When we got there the place was a flurry of activity with several customers and salespeople working to make car deals (a vast contrast to Glendora Hyundai). We worked with Jeff Williams who was hands down awesome and passionate about putting customers into the car they want to drive. He was very personable, actually listened to our concerns and was willing to work hard to assist with getting me into the car I wanted. Unfortunately the car that I could afford was out of stock so Jeff and Javed Rasheed (Finance Mgr) really worked with me on the price to get me into an even better car with more options for a fair price. After I left the dealership Jeff called me on my cell phone because they did not give me my second set of keys for my new car so he actually met me halfway to deliver the keys to me so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back to the dealership. Talk about service! I would recommend going to this dealership. More
Very straight-forward Experience. Called David Davila and within 10 minutes had located vehicle I was seeking at another dealership (2012 Veloster) and invited me over to talk numbers, trade-in, and poss and within 10 minutes had located vehicle I was seeking at another dealership (2012 Veloster) and invited me over to talk numbers, trade-in, and possible transaction. Never felt he was trying to get over on me. It's a business and you have to know how to play the game. I paid retail for the car. I would have liked to have been under MSRP but I had a gas guzzler that had to be removed from my garage ASAP. I saw a negative review about Javed Rasheed (2003) and must say that based on my experience I do not see how he could have come across as the tyrant he was painted to be. Extremely professional and courteous...even though he did list my truck substantially higher than what he was willing to give me; but again this is a business and as long as you understand that...I feel you'll be alright buying from these guys. Last but not least Gerardo Dorantes was probably the most down to earth finance manager I've ever dealt with. All in all my experience with the dealership was a solid one and I do have a lot of experiences to compare it to. Everything was near perfect except my bottom line price I was willing to go with which I was away by $900.00 of my target; but that's not their fault...that's mine for not being willing to walk away for two reasons...David Davila's hard work on getting this deal to happen and I had dealt with another Hyundai dealership that refused to get the ball rolling until I was there in person and they had the vehicle I was going to commit to in stock; so by this point I was ready to buy and David had accomplished in 10 minutes what 3 visits and approximately 5 hours of my time could not be accomplished at a nearby Hyundai dealership which will remain nameless. Professionalism is their strong suit along with great attention to what your needs are and delivering on them. More
After contacting a number of different Hyundai dealerships, Jeff Williams from Cerritos Hyundai was the most personable and friendly fleet manager to call me back. We talked briefly about the car my boyfriend and I were looking for, and Jeff was quick to already start negotiating with me on the phone to get me in to the dealership. We made it down to Cerritos a day later and had a great experience negotiating, buying and leaving with the exact car we were looking for. Cerritos was able to meet the price I was willing to pay when other dealerships were quick to cut me off and admit that they were more concerned about making the most off a 'one time customer' than establishing a relationship with the customer (to hopefully lead to other sales within their group of family and friends). Upon leaving the Cerritos dealership, we felt confident that we secured the best deal for our car and were satisfied that Cerritos Hyundai not only appreciated our first Hyundai purchase, but was interested in building a rapport with us in hopes that we will get our next Hyundai from them. In a few months we will be looking to purchase a Genesis and there is no doubt that we will find ourselves back at Cerritos Hyundai for that car. Thank you to Jeff, David and Javed! More
I was in the market to purchase a new Hyundai Elantra. I visited multiple dealerships and of course they see a female and automatically think I didn't know what I was doing. My long time friend told me i should go to Cerritos Hyundai since she also had purchased her vehicle with them. I honestly did not want to drive that far since i live in North Hollywood, but something told I should give it a try. I went with my mother that only speaks spanish, and Jorge Gomez stepped in to help us. let me just say I felt like I knew him for years!! I had such a great time even though i was making a big decision. i would really really recommend Cerritos Hyundai, even Rick in service was great (although he is a Steelers fan) when I took my car to get serviced. oh yes, they did not make me feel like I was being taken advantage of, obviously they did not since I purchased my new 2012 Elantra with Jorge.
