After calling (which was recommended), to give time I would be picking up my car, I had to wait more then 20 minutes. The time before when I had my car serviced I had to wait 45 minutes. This dealer was VERY pushy in trying to get us to buy the add on Protection Plan. We must have said "NO!" 20 times. (And they record you in the finance office.) This dealer did not give us a temporary regis add on Protection Plan. We must have said "NO!" 20 times. (And they record you in the finance office.) This dealer did not give us a temporary registration when we drove it off the lot. This dealer did not send the registration documents to the MVD within the 15 days they were legally supposed to file them. We had to call them, and email them, and finally talk with the General Manager. It has been 30 days since buying the car from Norm Reeves and I still did not have the registration (or temporary registration as ALL new cars should have.) I finally drove to the MVD and after 2 hours - they found the paperwork which was in limbo because the dealer had not sent a check for the tax and license fee - which we paid for through they Hyundai loan they processed. Now, I am having to get that removed from the loan OR I WILL BE PAYING TAX AND LICENSE FEES TWICE - PLUS THE 4.99% interest on the loan. Do not trust the people at this dealer at all and wonder what else they did wrong with our purchase. More
I saw the car of interest on the internet, so I didn't browse their inventory. However, it seemed they were well stocked with a variety of Hyundai's. Everyone was friendly and professional. They were eager to help and to make a deal that is right for you. With that in mind, I saw this car advertised on Edmunds.com which it listed everything that came with the car. I should have brought the advertisement with me to the dealership. Just to verify that I got everything that was advertised. I didn't bring the ad. After getting home, I checked the ad again and found that the floor mats and the all weather mats were not included in the car. One would think after bringing this to their attention that if something was advertised, then they would honor what was advertised, but not when it comes to car dealerships. Lesson learned, do not forget to bring your materials with you when shopping for a car. I am guessing this would happen at any dealership. This is why my rating is a 4 and not a 5, because they didn't honor what was advertised. Otherwise, I liked the dealership. More
