Manuel went far and above the job requirements to satisfy us. Not only did he take the time to show us the car's we wanted to see. And last, we needed a follow up part on the new car were purchased, we set up a Saturday appointment and when we arrived Manuel was standing there waiting, took the car in the back and I was in & out in 20 minutes. Now what salesman does that after he already secured the sale the previous week. So I recommend if you are heading to Cerritos Hyundai ask for Manuel Vazquez you will have a great experience. I visit the Cerritos Hyundai dealer 2 weekends ago and i am very happy with the customer service i got from Manuel Vazquez. He made sure all my questions and conserns were answer about the car i was looking am very happy with the customer service i got from Manuel Vazquez. I started buy letting him know what i was looking for and the price range i wanted. He was very pasient and friendly. He made sure i was ok at every step of the way and give me exelent advice thru out my car buying experience. the best thing out of the hole experience was that at any part of my visit felt any presure of buying anything at all, he made sure to let me know that i did not have to buy anything that day but to look around and test drive some cars if i wanted. Any ways, the point is that I'm so happy of his hospitality and friendship that i would recommend him to all of my friends and families. Thank You Manuel. More

Manuel was amazing! He answered all of our questions and was exactly the type of sales person we would like. I have been to multiple dealerships trying to find a car, and at each place the sales person made was exactly the type of sales person we would like. I have been to multiple dealerships trying to find a car, and at each place the sales person made me feel uncomfortable and they were very pushy. Manuel was kind and made me feel very comfortable and you can tell he cares for the people he works with. As for Kevin, he did a great job at getting us out and into our car very quickly. The only downside to the dealership was that after we decided to go through with the sale, it took over an hour and a half to get in to see Kevin. That DEFINITELY needs improvement. Although, Manuel still stayed with us and ensured we were okay. I would send anyone and everyone to go see these two men. Thank you. More
I bought Toyota RAV4 2005 on 4/25/2012 and missing the back head rests. Alex signed the "General Sales Manager after sale authorization" form on the same day. Nobody haven't contact us. 1. NO RETURN CALL 2. Left message again on 5/15/12 for Alex couple times. NO RETURN CALL. Finally we spoke with Assistant Manager Annabel on the same day and she directed us to contact David Rosa. He apologized that they did not place the order yet so he will take care now, it will take 2-3 days to receive it. 3. Called David Rosa on 5/24/12 but he isn't there. So we talked to Annabel again. Conclusion: after 1 month since we bought the car and the issue is not solving. It may cause dangerous if someone sit on the back when the car hit from the back. That why we have to avoid any passenger while we need to commute. I will not any friend, colleague to your dealer since your guys operate very bad business. I regret that to purchase this car from your dealer. More

Mr. Vazquez is a humble worker and im glad Hyundai has Mr. Vazquez working there. Mr. Vazquez always answered all our questions without a doubt, he new what we were looking for and what would satisfied us. The other great benefit was that he speaks Spanish and that was helpful for my parents. Im happy Cerritos Hyundai has Mr. Vazquez because he is bilingual. My parents are also satisfied with him and are happy with there 2013 elantra. The financial representative Saeid was not as professional as I would have expected. There was not much clarity when it came to numbers when working a good finance plan for me. I had to ask him to show me exactly how he was working his math in trying to give me the "best" offer. I feel like it would be beneficial for the dealer to make the customer understand exactly where their offers are coming from. More
