I went to Hyundai because I specifically wanted a black 7 passenger Santa Fe and I saw online that they had 2 of them on the lot by using the inventory search. Manuel was very accommodating, it was night time so he turned on all the dome lights for the vehicle and described several features of the Santa Fe. During the lease process Manuel was very helpful and kind. He completely understood our specific situation and worked hard to meet our needs. He was informative and yet conversational which made the experience more personal and not such a dread. I would confidently say that Manuel exceeded my expectation for a sales consultant. Gerardo helped us through the finance contracts and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave us several tips to help keep our new car running and looking good. I had a great car shopping experience here. I got a great deal on my new Sonata Hybrid with Richard Kang. There was only one Hybrid left in the color that I wanted, blue sky metallic, and he made sure that i deal on my new Sonata Hybrid with Richard Kang. It was an easy experience working out the specifics with him and Kevin, the finance manger, was very helpful in getting all my final paperwork together and answering my questions. I recently purchased a car for my 21 year old son and I was very nervous and excited and wanted to get him the best car I could afford but safe and a good value. I was shocked and very pleasantly surprised at the service I received at Hyundai in Cerritos with Manuel Vazquez. I felt like FAMILY. He answered all my questions, gave me statistics was so excited with me about my dream to buy a car for my son. I was with my Dad and he treated my Dad like royalty and respect and I will NEVER forget this day I was able to make not only my son's dream come true but also my dad's and mine. He invited my son back to go through the manuel with him as he did my dad and me and that comes with a full tank of gas, for the trouble of coming back since it was a surprise and my son was not with us. My dad does not speak English very well and he translated everything to my dad in detail. He took time with us and was a pleasure to deal with. Seriously I will purchase my next car with him because I have been spoiled. I have told my story to all my friends and family and Hyundai and especially Manuel Vazquez has our Seal of Approval which if you knew me you would know that it is very difficult to come by. By far best customer service experience I have ever had anywhere, not just dealing with cars! We traded my car in and got a new one in less than 2 hours. 'm writing to share what a great experience I had yesterday purchasing a 2013 Hyundai Tucson from Mo Kavousy. I went to check out what Labor Day incentives they might be offering, knowing full well I yesterday purchasing a 2013 Hyundai Tucson from Mo Kavousy. I went to check out what Labor Day incentives they might be offering, knowing full well I wasn't going to purchase, but the sincerity and flexibility of the staff at Hyundai made it impossible for me to walk away without the car. I didn't feel pressured or manipulated at any point in the process. This is part of the reason I returned to this exact dealership- I purchased a used 2008 Hyundai Elantra from them just 3 years prior. I couldn't further recommend Mo's service. The respect he had for my budget and wish list made this the ideal experience. I also had a pleasant experience during negotiations with Saied, it wasn't a good cop/bad cop show between Mo & him and I really really appreciated this. I have now purchased 2 cars from this dealership from 2 different salesmen and honestly had a great experience from start to end. More
