'm writing to share what a great experience I had yesterday purchasing a 2013 Hyundai Tucson from Mo Kavousy. I went to check out what Labor Day incentives they might be offering, knowing full well I yesterday purchasing a 2013 Hyundai Tucson from Mo Kavousy. I went to check out what Labor Day incentives they might be offering, knowing full well I wasn't going to purchase, but the sincerity and flexibility of the staff at Hyundai made it impossible for me to walk away without the car. I didn't feel pressured or manipulated at any point in the process. This is part of the reason I returned to this exact dealership- I purchased a used 2008 Hyundai Elantra from them just 3 years prior. I couldn't further recommend Mo's service. The respect he had for my budget and wish list made this the ideal experience. I also had a pleasant experience during negotiations with Saied, it wasn't a good cop/bad cop show between Mo & him and I really really appreciated this. I have now purchased 2 cars from this dealership from 2 different salesmen and honestly had a great experience from start to end. More

We really liked Ray Khan's service, because he was very nice, gave us many information to us about which car we wanted, and gave us a reasonable amount of time to think about which car we wanted. We first met on Sunday, and he talked about the Hyundai Elantra. They rounded our credit in about one day, and on Wednesday, we came back and made our decision. We rented the Hyundai Elantra, which was given to us with free carwash, and first time free oil-change. He also bought two keychains and one coffee bottle for us. Thanks Ray!! I came in to Cerritos Hyundai to buy my first car last week and had the best experience. I was worried that I would be given the run around or be pushed to buy something I didn't want, but this was far fr week and had the best experience. I worked with Manuel Vazquez, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all of the models. I originally thought I wanted a Veloster because it's small and inexpensive, but Manuel convinced me that the Elantra would serve me better in the long run as a reliable, mid-sized car. He even made the excellent point that my insurance costs would be lower if I went with the Elantra, since the Veloster is considered a sports car and I'm a young man. I really felt that I was being heard as a customer and an individual, and that Manuel had my best interest in mind. The process for purchasing went more smoothly than I thought. The finance department was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I recommend this dealer to anyone who is nervous about buying their first car and would like a smooth and friendly first experience. More
I am usually not the type to write out comments and reviews and all that stuff, however I feel after visiting this dealership, I need to make an exception. At first, my husband and I were going to go to Harbor Hyundai to purchase a Accent GS. I have been working with them for approx. 2 months in order to get the best price for the car. During this time, we continued to shop around if in the event the deal didn't work out with harbor. We drove by Cerritos and first spoke to Ron Heaton. He was very friendly and very straightforward and we told him that we would probably be back. Well a day before I was ready to purchase the car, things went South with Harbor. So I called Cerritos to see if Ron was in. Unfortunately he wasn't, but then during the call, I spoke with Veto Beato. He calmed my nerves and made sure that I would get everything I wanted with the car. Veto is a very sweet guy. He was friendly, honest, and LITERALLY bent over backwards to make sure that my husband and I were happy. I will admit, the beginning of the negotiations were rough, almost to the point that we were walking out. It wasnt Veto's fault at all. However, my dad convinced me in the end to get the car. I ended up getting my price for the car plus a free oil change and 2 full tanks of gas. The rest of the process was smooth sailing. In the end, I couldn't have been more happier with my purchase and Veto. It almost seemed like everything happened for a reason. I don't do a lot of recommending, but in this case, if you are in the market for a car, go to Cerritos and definitely speak to Veto. :-) More

I had an amazing experience at Cerritos Hyundai. I often get an uneasy feeling when shopping for cars because I can sense when a dealer is trying to take advantage of me. I felt really uneasy across the street at Cerritos Nissan. At Cerritos Nissan, I tried to look at cheaper cars but they were trying to talk me out of it and sell me a Maxima. As a consumer, I look at every angle and would like to see more than just the top of the line cars. I left Nissan because they were too insistent on selling me a vehicle that wasn’t a reflection of my personality. At Cerritos Hyundai, I could tell that the individual who helped me wasn't just trying to sell me a car; he was trying to satisfy my needs as a customer. I ended up purchasing the Hyundai Sonata Limited Hybrid and cannot be any happier with it. It has all the bells and whistles that I wanted, for a very reasonable price. I’d like to give a special thanks to Vito Beato who took the extra time and effort to show me everything that the Sonata had to offer. If anyone is in the market to buy a car, ask for Vito. I don’t give my endorsements out often, but I was very impressed by his level of professionalism, work ethic, and ability to see beyond just closing a deal. Thank you Cerritos Hyundai!!! More

I’M SO GLAD I DID, I LEASED A BRAND NEW HYBRID SONATA UNLIMTED FOR LESS MONEY THEN THE PRIUS THREE.
