Vito did have several obligatory trips over to Javed Rasheed, the General Sales Manager, but Javed and his support team seemed only bent on making the process (which is always LONG) as straightforward and positive for my mother-in-law as possible. Once it was determined that she was looking to keep the car, Gerardo Dorantes, the Finance Director, sped us through the myriad of State and contract forms as fast as seemed humanly possible.
