On top of the excellent and first rate service, there was a unforgettable moment, with a 5.2 earthquake; however that did not deter Manuel Vasquez, Chris Lopez, Saeid Nouri, and Kevin Lee from providing hospitable and attentive service. The awesome part was the assurance of our safety from Saeid and Manuel. That made my wife feel extremely calm, during that brief moment of stress. Not once did I feel the need to hurry, and to continue at our pace as it was going on 10: p.m. The awesome service still continued throughout the entire evening. I was in the market for a sporty two door vehicle and was particularly interested in the Hyundai Genesis Coupe. David Aguilar came out to greet us and although it was already late, he took his time to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. The particular color I wanted was not in stock but David said he would follow up with us and he did- he managed to get me the exact vehicle (color, trim, model, etc.) that I wanted and he made negotiations easy by being upfront with us and letting us know what exactly was going on. Not only did David show me great customer service on the dealer lot, but he also would respond to any of my questions even when he was not working and for that, I am grateful.
