Amazing Experience I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I originally went to Hardin Hyundai in Anaheim and they had really poor service and Managers, but the I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I originally went to Hardin Hyundai in Anaheim and they had really poor service and Managers, but the experience I had at Cerritos Hyundai was the best. The dealer who helped me out went out of his way to get the car I wanted. He even came in on his day of to pick the car up for me so I can get it that same day. This dealership is just amazing. I am definitely recommending everyone to this dealership. No complaints what so ever. I would give them 10 stars if I could give it that many! More

I am the biggest skeptic when it comes to believing that buying a car can be a positive experience, but Jose at Cerritos Hyundai proves that it can be I am the biggest skeptic when it comes to believing that buying a car can be a positive experience, but Jose at Cerritos Hyundai proves that it can be that and much more. Jose was professional from the moment I called him on the phone and submitted my application online. I can't emphasize enough how much I dislike pushy car salesmen, and this weekend while comparing several cars, I had several. All but Jose were pushing me to make a decision and tried desperately for me to make a hasty decision. Not JOSE! He answered all my questions and encouraged me to take my time as I embarked in my new lease. Any person that pushes you to not shop around for such a major purchase is someone I can't trust. I am beyond happy with my new Elantra. Jose took the time to explain all the features in my car and even cleaned some spots with his tie! I could tell he cared about my car buying experience. I left feeling like I bought a car from the best car dealership in all of Cerritos. Jose made a life time customer out of me. Because of his attention to detail, I will not hesitate to buy my future cars from Cerritos Hyundai. I was greeted by Mr. Jose Arteaga who was very friendly and helpful. I don't normally write reviews, but my experience at Hyundai was by far the best i've received in a long time. Mr. Jose at Hyundai was AWESOME! not only was he friendly and helpful but had great knowledge on cars and answered my questions with no hesitation. He was very patient, worked very hard to find me exactly what I wanted & what I was looking for, made sure I was happy & comfortable before signing any paperwork. Jose was NEVER in a rush and made sure I understood all fixtures in my new car, before I drove off the lot. Cerritos Hyundai - Frank Martins is Awesome! I had visited a number of dealers within the Cerritos Auto Square and no other dealer was as customer focused as Cerritos Hyundai. Upon visiting Cerri I had visited a number of dealers within the Cerritos Auto Square and no other dealer was as customer focused as Cerritos Hyundai. Upon visiting Cerritos Hyundai, I was greeted by Frank Martins who gave me the greatest customer service I have ever received. He was attentive, truly cared about what I was looking for and took the time to help me get into a vehicle that would best suit my driving needs. Frank went above and beyond to ensure that my sale was completed in a timely fashion. I didn't feel like I was at a dealership purchasing a car at all because Frank made the process that easy for me.
