I initially sent out an internet inquiry and from his first phone call, all the way through being handed the keys, Frank was awesome. He was patient as I test drove car after car. He listened to what I wanted, how much my payments needed to be, and he worked to get me the best deal. When I said that I would come back the next day and that I was still checking out other deals before deciding on the Tucson, Frank was understanding and didn't pressure me. I love my Hyundai Tucson, and I already know the first place and person I'll recommend to my friends, and where I'll head back to when it's time to buy another car.
