After doing much research and contacting a couple of other dealers (not plea Norm Reeves Hyundai has set a new standard of excellence in car buying! After doing much research and contacting a couple of other dealers (not pleasant or productive) I found the used car I was looking for on their website, I sent the form requesting a test drive appointment. Received a call back within an hour from Frank, who was friendly, professional and didn’t pressure me. Made an appointment for 2 days later. On appointment day, Frank advised that he was unable to be there and his manager would be working with me. It was a nice change to walk from my car to the showroom without being approached by a dreaded “used car salesman.” (I will never use that term again after this experience!) The manager, Saeed, was available and started helping me immediately. Another friendly, no pressure professional. Having less than stellar credit, I was not sure that I would be able to get my used “dream car.” The Team (Javed, Saeed, Gerardo, Fred and Frank) at Norm Reeves Hyundai made that dream come true! I am so grateful and impressed by this entire car buying experience, which was unlike any I have ever experienced (I am 62)! Great Customer Service I went into Hyundai to take a look at the Elantra and the Sonata, at the time I was just looking. I was in between models with all the brands. I decid I went into Hyundai to take a look at the Elantra and the Sonata, at the time I was just looking. I was in between models with all the brands. I decided on a new Hyundai Sonata, my first car. I looked at all cars, to make sure that I got the right one for me, from Toyota to KIA and everything in between. I met lots of salesmen in my search for my perfect car and Fred was one of the best, from the beginning. Fred was very friendly, honest, and overall patient. He did not hesitate to allow me to test drive both models and on top of, look at them a second time when I had narrowed down my list. This being my first car shopping experience I was very anxious and worried of getting an awful deal. Fred made me feel very comfortable. When it finally came to making a deal Fred was very patient. I could not decide on the color of the car originally I decided on silver and along the way I changed it to red and even changed the model. Fred never lost his "cool". I am very happy with my new Hyundai Sonata and had a good experience at the Hyundai dealer thanks to Fred and the rest of the staff who was there late. More

Awesome Purchase Experience I bought my first car here in 2012, and I recently went to trade it in at the beginning of 2015. My Hyundai Accent retained great value and I was able to get the car I really wanted, the limited edition Hyundai Elantra. It was a big step up for me from the Accent and I love every inch of my new car. When I got to the dealership I was helped out right away and Alex F. helped me decide which car to get. He showed me everything I wanted to see about the different Elantra models and took my wife and I on an awesome test drive. It was a great experience and I'm glad I chose to return to this dealership to obtain my new car. Most of all I was just happy with the positivity and the fact that the salesman and the rest of the staff stayed late to help me complete my purchase and experience.
