I was also pleased that no one tried to 'up sell' me for additional products/features/services. A couple of things were 'mentioned' but nothing was pushed on me. The Finance guy himself, even found a way to lower my payment for financing purposes. It was actually a fairly 'pleasant' experience this time, buying a car. More

EMAILED ALEX FULLER AND THEN CONTACTED CHECKED ALL OVER SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA FOR A SPECIFIC INTERIOR/EXTERIOR COLOR COMBINATION. FOUND 3 IN THE AREA. EMAILED ALEX FULLER AND THEN CONTACTED HIM BY PHONE. HE SAID HE HAD THE CAR AND I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED TO PAY OUT THE DOOR. HE CALLED BACK SOON TO SAY HE COULD DO THE DEAL AND WHEN COULD I COME IN. HE WOULD HOLD THE CAR FOR ANOTHER DAY AND MARK IT AS SOLD. MY WIFE AND I DROVE ALMOST 2 HOURS TO GET THERE AND SPENT ONLY ANOTHER 90 MINUTES GETTING THE DEAL DONE.
