I bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT with Style package just about 1 month ago. I shopped around, did my due diligence and had quotes from multiple dealerships. I also had my "true car" quotes in hand so I was prepared to negotiate. Did I negotiate? Of course! Did I push for the best deal? Absolutely! And when it was all said and done, the guys at Norm Reeves Hyundai Superstore really took care of me. Big thank you to my salesmen Sonu and Guadalupe C.! They made the experience really pleasant. They showed incredible teamwork and I loved that when Sonu couldn't be there, he made sure Guadalupe was up to speed and new what I was looking for. Even after giving up the sale to his buddy Guadalupe, Sonu made sure to call and follow up with me. Guadalupe has this great easygoing manner, but when it's time, he will go to battle for you. He worked tirelessly with the managers to get me the deal I wanted. You can tell he really cares about customer service.
