I also had my "true car" quotes in hand so I was prepared to negotiate. Did I negotiate? Of course! Did I push for the best deal? Absolutely! And when it was all said and done, the guys at Norm Reeves Hyundai Superstore really took care of me. Big thank you to my salesmen Sonu and Guadalupe C.! They made the experience really pleasant. They showed incredible teamwork and I loved that when Sonu couldn't be there, he made sure Guadalupe was up to speed and new what I was looking for.
