I had the pleasure to work with a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman named Ricardo Romero. We worked out a deal over the phone and Ricardo picked me up at my home in San Clemente and drove me to the dealership. When I arrived at NRHS I just sat down with finance and signed the papers. Their customer service is superb. This is the second car I've bought from NRHS and the experience continues to be excellent. I give NRHS the best 5 star rating because they deserve it. More

Simple the best car buying experience We had no intention of buying a Hyundai until after reviewing several car brands. We started with Hyundai and within 2 hours were filling out the paperwork. Our sales rep, Alex Fuller, is not on the list provided in this website, but hats off to this wonderful young man. We were totally unprepared for the kind of fair and honest dealing we received from Alex and the dealership as a whole. In my 45 years of buying cars, this experience is at the top of my list. We absolutely LOVE the 2015 Genesis, and we LOVE the deal we got and the way we were treated both at time of sale and on a subsequent visit for a minor service visit. This was actually a pleasant endeavor as opposed to the dread expected when negotiating and buying a new car. There was no negotiation necessary; they simple presented us a price that was better than what we had hoped to negotiate down to. Great job!! More
