Daisy's Review So it's a Saturday and I am in need of a new & reliable car, I had my mind set on a Jeep, wasn't too pleased with the performance and service, my sist So it's a Saturday and I am in need of a new & reliable car, I had my mind set on a Jeep, wasn't too pleased with the performance and service, my sister mentioned that she can see me in a Hyundai Sonata, so we decide to stop by the Dealer in Cerritos Immediate after walking into the door we were. Greeted immediately and were offered assistance by a gentlemen I don't recall his name, he had an appointment so Miguel Alemán helped us, Miguel offered great customer service, answered all my questions, well spoken, detail oriented, great soft skills, just awesome! I test droves the Sonata and loved it!! I mentioned to Miguel I don't like light interiors and he mentioned that the Sonata Sport came with black Interior, they were out of stock but then he did some research and realized that they did have one available so Saeed Naderí came to assist me and we talked numbers, he was not aggressive (in a way where it makes you feel uncomfortable), communicated very well, worked with me to meet my needs, and just by interacting with him you can tell he is a genuine good person Gerardo (Finance Man) was also pleasant to the point and super quick (quick in a good way) he went over the paperwork in detail Overall I am Extremely Pleased with Hyundai Customer Service was on point!
