I have so many options t Norm Reeves always surpasses my expectation! I did my research on SUVs and I've been eyeing the Tucson for about a month. I have so many options to go to any Hyundai dealer. I have one literally 5 minutes away from my house but I'd rather hop on the freeway for 20 minutes to check out Norm Reeves Hyundai in Cerritos. I went in once they open the doors at 9 AM, and once I stepped in I was immediately greeted by Vito. Vito was SO informative! I don't zero knowledge on cars, except the fact that I know how to drive it, but Vito provided me with so much information and even simplify it for me. He was patient and gave me time to walk around, showed me different editions of the Tucson, and all the awesome features for the car. I've never felt rushed or intimidated. So of course I find myself sitting at his desk and ready to sign up! He helped me tremendously and found so much options for me with the help of Kyle, the finance guy. What I absolutely love about the whole experience is that they always seem appreciative that we were there at their dealer, but I was even more grateful for them because they helped me out so much. Shout out to Kyle as well - he is good at what he does, he's friendly, and he's fast, but EFFICIENT! Who wants to stay at a dealer all day signing papers?! He got us in and out! There's just so much good things to say about this dealer. I love that it's smaller than the other Norm Reeves around the area because it feels much more comfortable, less of a wait, and more lax.
