Probably the best car buying experience I've ever had at an auto dealership. And I'm not a fan of this experience at all. Nevertheless, Anna and Sameer were great. Very gracious and hospitable despite th an auto dealership. And I'm not a fan of this experience at all. Nevertheless, Anna and Sameer were great. Very gracious and hospitable despite the fact that they were not gonna earn much commission from me. I wish I was not so fiscally challenged and could have properly awarded them a fairer deal. If you do plan on buying a car there, I highly recommend Anna. She is hardworking, thorough, and respectful. Honestly her graciousness and personality are a perfect 10! More

The service on the car was very good and the car runs very smoothly. However I did want to bring this your attention; I notice while washing my car when I got home after the appointment, there was a coup very smoothly. I think I have had mostly good experiences with this service department. My car was in the shop for 3.5 weeks due to a charging/electrical issue. I never once received a proactive call from the departme service department. My car was in the shop for 3.5 weeks due to a charging/electrical issue. I never once received a proactive call from the department just giving me a periodic status update. When your car is in the shop that long and you don’t hear anything from the department it is frustrating. I called several times requesting a phone call back and I only ever received text messages. Texting is really ineffective and there is no opportunity to ask questions. This is probably a generational thing and I am 50 and really dislike text messages-and so when I request a phone call back and NOT a text message I really expect a phone call and no text messages. Other than that the service was completed and my car seems to be functioning correctly. So I do appreciate the thoroughness of the automotive techs. More
