Poor customer service and mechanic did not fully inspect my car as stated in the check off sheet they gave me of the work done. My windshield reservoir was cracked and of course they it stated they check it my car as stated in the check off sheet they gave me of the work done. My windshield reservoir was cracked and of course they it stated they check it and suppose to replace those fluids but failed to check and mention.No manager was available when I ask to speak to them. Nobody called me back of course I called for a manager. My boyfriend call and explain that I would like to bring my car back to get that fix and install my tire sensor but they didn’t call me back to try to keep me as a customer . That’s too bad I won’t recommend this dealer at Cerritos at all. More
