This has been one of the worse car service experience I have ever had. I waited three weeks for an appointment. I was on time. ThenI waited ~20 minutes just to get a service technician to come out and talk have ever had. I waited three weeks for an appointment. I was on time. ThenI waited ~20 minutes just to get a service technician to come out and talk with me. Then, I was told that the wait would be 1 - 1.5 hours. After all that, it took me almost three hours for a simple oil change! There was no communication at all as well during this three hour period. Again, worst ever experience I have ever had in decades of getting my car serviced at various locations. I DO NOT recommend and, because of this, I would also not come to this place if I were to purchase another Hyundai in the future! More

After getting my service my mileage had gone up and my gas had gone down. I called the service manager and he said I’m not the first person this has happened to and something about the system changing th gas had gone down. I called the service manager and he said I’m not the first person this has happened to and something about the system changing the mileage? I took in coupons which I could have kept because the quoted service price didn’t change, stating the oil kind of oil I needed? On the gas he offered to fill up my car. I’m still baffled at explanation but he was nice and made me feel heard. More

Friendly and fast. I'm not a fan of any car dealership (prefer the Tesla method of no negotiating) but if you have to do it, these guys made it fairly painless. They even gave me a ride home in my old car (45 minutes each way) so they could take me back to pick up my new car. You do have to sit through a financing office where they try to upsell you on additional extended warranties, gap insurance, etc., but they weren't super pushy about it. More
