The last thing I said to my sales person (Ricardo) before my daughter left to purchase the vehicle on her own was "Please take care of my daughter. It's her first big purchase". He must have heard ...P.lease add everything possible to the base Elantra. The $26,000 had $16,000 in added cost from Nicole in financing. We were not given The Costco discount (the reason we were at this dealership to begin with). Our $500 deposit was not deducted from the contract nor were arrangements made to return it. NOTHING was explained to my daughter. Nicole didn't even bother to get my daughters contact information. She simply used mine since I originally spoke to the salesman, Ricardo. She did not ask how long she wanted to finance the car. My daughter was in and out of financing in less than an hour. My daughter put $21,000 down on the $26,000 car. Nicole had her paying $250 a month for 72 months... 72 months!!! I'm sure this was to hide all the added on cost. My daughter did learn a lot about how slimy a car dealership can be. Lesson learned. My daughter's mother-in-law and I had to go down to the dealership to fix the mess. SHAME ON NORM REEVES HYUNDAI in Cerritos.
