Purchased our 2020 Palisade here in Oct ‘19. Also paid to extend maintenance program. I took the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When the service was completed I was given the invoice which indicated I needed an air filter, and that tires were all filled to to recommended 36 psi. I checked the air pressure as I was leaving the dealership, using the onboard computer. It indicated that the tire pressure was different in each tire and none were inflated to the 36 psi as indicated on the paperwork. It made me question whether the work I came in for was actually done! More

Recently I called there, and said that I wanted an oil change. I was worried I would need to wait many days for an appointment! They are scammers and fraudsters. I won’t go to this location again because they are rude and fraudulent. I hope the people who work there change, and the sales manager is very rude. More
