COVID awareness is great in sales, horrible in finance We were referred to this dealership through the Costco Auto program. Our sales experience was great w/ Cassandra, and there was an obvious awarenes We were referred to this dealership through the Costco Auto program. Our sales experience was great w/ Cassandra, and there was an obvious awareness of COVID-19 protective measures in place in the sales area, although several employees were only partly masked. GAP was auto-added to the invoice, but there was nothing mentioning about it - not cool. Going into finance manager office was horrible - no surface cleaning between customers, sharing pens from previous customers & finance mgr, door closed w/ inadequate ventilation, and finance manager mask only his covered mouth, although we had asked previously that he have his nose covered as well. As my wife and I left the dealership, we felt like we just experienced ground zero for COVID-19 infection since everyone who buys a car goes through the finance manager's office. This issue was reported to the dealership on 6Jul, and still not remediated by 10Jul. More

Very positive car buying experience:) Drove in the lot thinking they were closed. Just wanted to check out the CRVs stickers etc. Nestor approached and asked if he could help. Within minutes he found the Hybrid CRV Touring that was exactly what we were thinking of. Setup a test drive and several hours later we had traded my Jeep and drove the CRV Hybrid home. Everyone was professional and helpful. They offered accessories and add on warranties etc. But, they were not at all pushy and just serious about selling us the car we wanted. A couple days later we needed assistance getting the Jeep soft top over to the dealer. We called, and Nestor came by in a pickup to get the top.
