Dave Hilliard did an excellent job, showing me the car I was looking for, showing me the options and systems included, offering the test ride and reviewing pricing with me. He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable even though he was very young. Overall, you have a great employee and one that will become more valuable to the dealership as he gains experience. He even contacted Ohio BMV to determine what was needed in a vehicle verification statement or form. As it turned out, Sheila produced the form to be filled in and signed by a Sherriff's deputy and provided me with the location. The problem I had was the length of time to get the paperwork completed, as I was there a long time, during which Dave periodically checked to see if the paperwork was yet to be completed by the Finance person. Besides waiting a long time (looked like no other deals going at the time), his less than friendly approach with me, lack of knowledge of the vehicle verification form, downright discourteous to me when he could not sell me on a loan or extended warranty and then coupled with all the paperwork having my name abbreviated even though he had a copy of my license in hand. Since Sheila was trying to get my title in as short a time as possible (so that I could back to Ohio to transfer title and registration), I called her the next morning after discovering the problem and she saw to it that all the paperwork was done over with my full name. I would also like to mention that your financial person (forgot name) in attempt to sell me extended warranty seemed to get ticked off that I didn't want anything more than the cash deal that was agreed upon and not only attempted to push me into payments instead of cash, but when I explained that I couldn't afford payments he came right out and asked me "then how did you come up with that kind of cash?" That question was way out of line and if I had not been waiting so long, I would have walked out of his office. I just wanted to get done and out. Bought new honda accord, all tires had flat spots and will need to be replaced. I brought my car in to be looked at and to get tires replaced, since the car is brand new. I am very unhappy with the service I received and even more upset that they are giving me a hard time on replacing the tires. I spent a lot of money on this car and feel that the dealership doesn't care because it is not there problem any more,this problem should be covered under warranty or the dealership should accept the responsibility that they let a car sat on the lot for 6 months with out moving the car so this problem would not happen. I have already contacted Honda corporate office and will be taking my complaints to social media letting people know the poor service I have received. On top of tire issue, I explained to the service department that I recently had my windows tinted and that they could not be rolled down. Next thing I know the service tech is cruising out of the lot with windows open, this is very upsetting to me. I also discovered a nice new nick on my front rim and a scratch on the back rim, so much for me trying to keep my car in good condition. They really need to express to the service techs that they need to be a little more careful with other peoples property and that some people like to keep their vehicles in good shape. I am slowly regretting my purchase of my new Honda, I love my car but the way I have been treated is by far professional. More
