I have since sent 2 other people that bought cars from John and they came back to me and couldn't believe how easy the car buying experience there was!! Eric in finance is wonderful as well - made financing a breeze and Dan Whittington in service went out of his way to help also - between him and John they picked up and delivered my car (for tires) while I was work!! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle!! Make sure to ask for John Sennett!! More

Amazing and incredible car buying experience and customer service! Our salesman, John Sennett,was awesome! He made the whole car experience painless and a lot of fun. Mr. Sennett helped us find the perfect car for our family at best possible price. There was no stress or games.. it was quick and easy. In addition, Edwin Benson, the Business Manager and Al Trudeau, Service Manager continued to make our car buying experience perfect. John, Edwin, and Al truly went out of their way for our family. Inaccurate information Made a deal with this dealership for a specific price and drove almost couple of hours from my place. After reaching the dealership, they didn't stand on their words saying they don't have the car i am looking for (which they said they had it before) and they cant sell the car for the agreed price. John Sennett is the sales person who i deal with and i am not sure he had the accurate information about the inventory and the incentives (which made by deal with this dealer ship). I didn't expect them doing this to me. I may not dirve to then if they are not ready to sell the car. Thanks for wasting my time John Sennett and all your help so far. More
Non existent sales? This place is a joke! We went there to buy a CR-V. A salesman named Kevin showed up at the lot and asked for what we were looking for. On mentioning This place is a joke! On mentioning about a specific CR-V found thru' carfax (gave the print out), he walked us to the used car lot and tried to find it. He seemed to be clueless about where the car is.It was a very good walking exercise for us trying to find this lost car with him. Finally, he decided that he will check with Internet manager about this one.-came back with expected reply of "sold it yesterday". The listed car (our print out) neither had a price nor any pictures as it's a "Call for price" one. So, we were thinking that it's bait and switch strategy to get customers to call/come to this place. However, that feeling was totally gone while dealing with this guy as he is totally disinterested in making a sale. He told us that there is one car for the year which we are looking for (a range of years -2009-2011) in the service center. We again went of the treasure hunt with him and found a cr-v which is not yet detailed (cigarette smell, dirty interiors and tires all worn out) . We told him that we don't want that one. As a part of closing the talk, I told him that I'll check back later. He told OK:) and we walked out. He neither made any attempt to collect our details for any kind of follow ups nor even ask what price range were we looking for. Wow, we felt that it's a joke of the year with a car sales place!!! Either, he is a new hire or frustrated with his job and planning to quit. Either way, God help this place!!!!! More

He was GREAT and held to his word with everything that he said and was extremely NICE and HELPFUL. If not for him I probably would have given this a terrible rating because after a hassle at the DMV. I was trying to get my Disabled Veteran plate, and waited about an hour and my plate is still under dealer plates. I called to see how long it would be and why I had to pay a fee to transfer my tag if it wasn't going to be transferred. I called and spoke with FRANK MILAZZO today (04/28/14) was extremely RUDE. He made me feel like an xxx. He RIDICULED me and was just a flat out JERK. I did not call there yelling or anything, I was just asking why I had to pay a fee for something that hasn't gone through. Regardless whether I am right or wrong, if that's a DMV or a dealership thing, or if it's state charges or whatever, no customer should be treated that way (especially if they are a 100% disabled veteran of the United States Army), especially one that was not yelling and/or being rude in the first place (I would understand him being a jerk if I called and started yelling and harassing him). The only reason I would come back here is because my main dealings was with RUSTY Patterson and he was AMAZING, super friendly, and worked hard to get me a good price. Thanks Rusty. Frank, you need to work on your customer service and not making paying customers feel like crap. More

After a rather extensive research to replace my 2003 Ford Ranger I settled on the Honda CRV EX-L. He was very knowledgeable and congenial, probably the best auto salesperson I've dealt with over my 42 driving years and 10+ purchases. I what I liked most about the experience was the no hassle approach of the dealership in general - they exceeded expectations in regards to the final sales price of the new vehicle and gave me a fair price for my trade in. More
