Servie I went, because my car would not start. I spent a great deal of this past Saturday's morning at the service department. I was told that there was noth I went, because my car would not start. I spent a great deal of this past Saturday's morning at the service department. I was told that there was nothing wrong with my Honda. I got up this Sunday morning, and the car would not start. I was told that the battery checked out okay.They could not replace the battery. So, I got up this morning, the car would not start. Someone called me from the Dealership today, but thy did not leave a message. I called back, and was told that I could call the Corporate office. I think that person would not have a job, if this was my business, I will call Corporate tomorrow. I purchased the new car August 3013. It has 11,412 miles on it. It is still under warranty. I am requesting a loaner car tomorrow, so I can enjoy the Holiday, and they can keep my car overnight. I will keep you all posted and updated More

I can understand the one off misunderstandings or over promise by one associate, however while I was there for one hour witnessed two other customers met with same situation.
