Buy out of a leased 2012 honda civic. I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated. I have been a loyal Honda customer for years. I leased my car in January 2013. The deal was never negotiated off the original leased contract. I was overwhelmed by phone calls from the Honda dealer. I was misguided and directed into maintenance plans. I enjoyed servicing my Honda at this dealer. The service team is great. However, I will no longer service my car there. More

extremely unhappy with sales but satisfied with service Purchased a vehicle from here less then 2 months ago from Roy was told we had to wait until the next day to pick up the vehicle so they could put a ne Purchased a vehicle from here less then 2 months ago from Roy was told we had to wait until the next day to pick up the vehicle so they could put a new compressor in for the ac. I was fine with that. Our salesman Roy decided to take a vacation after he got his cut from my car so he was gone and we had no clue what was going on with our vehicle. We waited a week before we could pick up the vehicle. The ac did not run cold. My boyfriend took a look and there was not a new compressor as promised by the sales manager. Also we only recived the valet key. Brought the car back and they fixed the ac but still no key. Called at least 10 times talked to roy and the sales manager and we're told they were going to get us a key that they would call back. Never received a call back. Completely unprofessional. When you buy a car for 12,000 you expect a key and you expect the car to work properly. Now less then 2 months after getting the car I need a new power steering hose. I brought it to service and was told it would be covered under the warranty I purchased. Then after waiting an hour I'm told I have to pay almost 400 to replace a hose. However Ian in service was very helpful and made sure I got a new key to my car free of charge. Only took him 10 mins to get a new key and having multiple phone calls ba k and forth from sales and never getting a key as promised. I would recommend the service department they properly fixed my car with slight delays out of reach from their control. Ian was very helpfull and did everything in his power to make sure I was a happy customer. I would not recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle. More

My husband and I were taking a Sunday to drive around the lots thinking they would all be closed so that we could get an idea of what we wanted. We make it to their lot and step out to look at a car and low and behold out steps a salesman. In the beginning we were very hesitant on test driving and reminded him that we were only looking. Before I knew it, I test drive two different cars the second of which I absolutely fell in love with. LAMARR is a fantastic salesman and extremely personable. He goes above and beyond in making sure you are completely satisfied with your decision. I was very adamant that I would not purchase a car that I was only partially satisfied with & these guys exceeded our expectations. EDWIN is an amazing finance manager and also went above and beyond in making sure we were completely taken care of. He definitely went the extra mile when he could have very easily given up. Kudos to all of the guys on the back end who took part in our buying experience. You all are very much appreciated and we will be purchasing vehicles from you in the future! You guys ROCK!!! More

Service center was great but sales was awful Very nice people in service but sales was absolutely the rudest I have ever seen!! The final straw was when he said "mam I am trying to sell your husband a car not you so can you let us handle this"!! Needless to say they lost a $26,000 sale today. Maybe they should bring Mitch in from service and send Mr. Smith to service to park cars. What a jerk! More

My first time making a purchase from this Dealer. Wow!! I am so impressed. Our salesman, Al Issa, was exceptional. No high pressure. He was concerned that we were pleased with our purchase. We looked at both new and used vehicles and were treated respectfully no matter what we wanted to see. I don't know too much about the dealership as we are still newbies. We pick up our new car tomorrow. However I can highly recommend our sales rep, we were so pleased with Al that I don't believe I would deal with anyone but him. In looking at some of the other comments it looks like this dealership doesn't force any of the sales personnel to use high pressure tactics. All I can say is that Al made this the best car buying experience that I have EVER had and I'm 73 years old and have been buying cars for many years. More
