New car buying experience Sean Drake in sales was professional and extremely helpful in my selection of new 2016 Honda Pilot. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and ex Sean Drake in sales was professional and extremely helpful in my selection of new 2016 Honda Pilot. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained a great deal during the test drive and later after the purchase in going over the gadgets, especially the computer aspects that came with the vehicle. My experience with Jose in finance was extremely satisfactory. I would highly recommend Port Charlotte Honda if you are looking to buy an automobile. More

Run !!no Star!!! I was buying a van with only 12000 miles and had a severe asthma attack over the smell,Maybe fates way of looking out for me because I received a fo I was buying a van with only 12000 miles and had a severe asthma attack over the smell,Maybe fates way of looking out for me because I received a foreclosure on my home and it's a reverse mortgage how can that be? But hondas they're still running my credit Capital One said return the van t did I only had it overnight! Hondas still trying to get me into a van that made me ill and with the loss part of my income (I had a roommate who was given a notice of eviction) within I received the foreclosure .I now only make $1700 I can't make a $600 van payment and the stres of this foreclosure no one will finance me !!! I am 66 years old had 2 heart attacks ,back surgery and Cancer survived it all now this foreclosure and Honda they don't want to return to me my $1,600 deposit or stop running my credit . I have had 4 letters of rejection this week this has been going on from July 1 st xxxx is dealing with the devil" Port Charlotte Honda "be afraid run away from them nice smile and mean spirited people ! THEY DON'T TRY VERY HARD Tried to purchase a new Ridgeline with a Ridgeline to trade. Went to Sarasota, Ft. Myers and this dealer. Had similar out the door quotes from Tried to purchase a new Ridgeline with a Ridgeline to trade. Went to Sarasota, Ft. Myers and this dealer. Had similar out the door quotes from both Sarasota and Ft. Myers. Port Charlotte was $6,000. higher. The result was that I purchased my car from a competitor. I am a local and always try to buy locally. I will however, not be taken advantage of. My salesman was a gem but could not communicate to management that I was there to buy a car. More

Took my business elsewhere!! If I could give zero stars I would. First of all they try to make you think you are getting a good deal when you're not. I did my due diligence before If I could give zero stars I would. First of all they try to make you think you are getting a good deal when you're not. I did my due diligence before I walked in the dealer regarding price and they still were trying to fool me. Second, I had to ask 2 times to have my car keys back when I said I was no longer interested. Third, I left the dealer without my registration because I forgot they took it and I just wanted to leave by the time I got my keys back. Did they call me to let me know they still had it...NO...I called three times and left messages and no one returned my calls. I then walked into the dealer and got harassed into trying to buy a new car while they were "looking" for my registration. Come to find out they shredded it!!! Who does this?!?!?! A professional would have called me and let me know that they still had it. Now I'm wasting my time and money getting a a replacement!!! You can bet I took my business to another Honda dealer who knew how be professional and courteous. Don't waste your time with this dealership when there are better ones around. More

POW!!!!!!!! I had a awesome time at Port charlotte honda VW. I went there with a set price range and payment range and the salesman TIM Castiglione did just that I had a awesome time at Port charlotte honda VW. I went there with a set price range and payment range and the salesman TIM Castiglione did just that. Got me in a 2012 Chevy Cruze There was no pressure. He is knowledgable and top notch. Not only did he get me in a car i liked, a few days prior when he was already off work he still took the time to meet me at the dealership to show me a few cars, and all i can say is only the best of the best will go over and beyond to help out a customer. Tim Is the real deal folks. Another great salesman there is Harold Steinacker, who helped me figure out price ball park numbers.. Great service all around. These 2 guys will take Portcharlotte honda VW to a whole new level.. So dont hesitate and go get your car today. Got the car in my price range, payment range, and had a better APR than expected. All i can say is WOW!! More
