Did not have my parts. My recommended written estimate was $1420. Because I had to take an after market part (to get it done that day) it was supposed to be $200 less. After, she brought a bill for $1491 saying she made a mistake on the parts. After I had already waited in the store for 5 hours for the 3 to 4 hour job I had to fuss for 45 minutes to pay $1179. I was greeted promptly when I arrived in the service drive. Had a little wait but that is because I specifically requested Tim Kellar & he was checking out another customer. A couple of additional services were recommended but I declined opting instead to just complete what I originally came in for. More

I have no desire to do business with this dealership ever again as new ownership seems lack customer focus. More
