This is the 3rd Honda Accord (in 19 years) that I have purchased from Huggins and each sales experience has been exceptional. The last 2 cars were purchased with Jackie as the sales person. Her knowledge, patience and attentive style made this a buying pleasure. My third purchase was after an accident totaling my 2009 Accord which I loved. She found one exactly like it(actually a little better) and I have continued to enjoy my car. She went above and beyond in caring for my needs. The financial staff was also helpful and personable. The service staff at Huggins are enthusiastic, energetic and "can do" oriented. I can't say that every experience has been "perfect", but they give their best to provide GREAT customer service. We were looking for a mini-van that we had previously priced online. We met Robert in the parking lot who was very friendly and helpful. He showed us the 2001, we test drove it, he outlined the pros an priced online. We met Robert in the parking lot who was very friendly and helpful. We test drove that one, discussed the specifics, then went to dinner to decide. When we returned, Robert met us and was very non-pressuring. He allowed us to discuss and talk with each other privately several times and was overwhelmingly courteous regarding our decision-making concerns. In the end, we decided to buy the newer van. Two days later, it had tire failure and we had to bring it in to the dealership for work. Robert was immediately beside us; organizing a loan car for us and helping us with the service department. Two days later, we returned to pick up our van and turn in our loaner. Robert called the next day to check on our satisfaction. He is a sincere, honest salesman whom I will trust with any and all future sales. More

I came to Huggins after having a completely horrible experience at a different dealership. The main thing I can say about the employee I worked with (Jackie) was that she truly listened to me. At one point, my eyes started wandering outside of my price range, and she even said "I can definitely show you that, but based on what you told me your goals were, we're not going to be able to get there with that."
