I went in to get my car serviced and was greeted by Service Advisor Mitchell Lo. He was extremely polite and met all my needs. I ended up just needing to tighten my gas cap but he did not make the situ Service Advisor Mitchell Lo. He was extremely polite and met all my needs. I ended up just needing to tighten my gas cap but he did not make the situation awkward at all. He said I just needed to make sure it clicked at least 3 times. He even asked if I needed anything else. He filled up my tire with air and even had m my car washed after. It was the best customer service experience I've ever had!!! More
