Received NO help from Brad Moore after the sale!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I purchased a NEW vehicle from Brad Moore he said when I upgraded my phone to a iphone to bring the car back and he would set the phone up for my When I purchased a NEW vehicle from Brad Moore he said when I upgraded my phone to a iphone to bring the car back and he would set the phone up for my use in my vehicle. I called and made an appointment with him and when I showed up he was not even there. They sent out another dealer who knew very little about setting up the phone in my car. I never received any call back from Brad. I called one of his managers and he said that he would get the situation taken care of. GUESS what never heard back from him either! Do you really call this customer service after the sale????? Pretty sad!!!! More
