Horrible, They did more damage than they fixed I took my CR-V in for the air bag recall. I was told it would take 4 hours It took 10 hours. I was called at home and they said they found a nail in m I took my CR-V in for the air bag recall. I was told it would take 4 hours It took 10 hours. I was called at home and they said they found a nail in my tire and did I want them to do fix it, I said yes please. Then I was told that my rack and pinion steering was leaking fluid and that it would only take $2,000.00 to fix it. I told them that I had to have a car for work on Monday so that would have to wait. So when I got up this morning the tire that they said they fixed was flat. I changed the tire and took it to NTB. They told me that the tire couldn't be repaired because of what Huggins had done. So I bought a new tire so I could go to work. I am trading the Honda CR-V in and will never buy or drive a Honda again or have anything to do with a Honda dealership. Aside from the not fixing my tire, I have no confidence in the recall work. If they can't fix a flat how could you expect them to fix two airbags. I am getting rid of this death trap before I find out how bad their work is like I found out for the tire More

To purchase a used vehicle we found online. 1st visit, we were told it was sold. Looked online,still there. Called,and made 2nd visit. Salesman looked around car, and typed in info for a value. 1st visit, we were told it was sold. Looked online,still there. Called,and made 2nd visit. He then refused to give the workout sheet to take home and consider. Very shady. The value was proven,today,by looking online, at the same vehicle. They are selling for more than double the trade-in amount. Wasted 1 hour and half. More
