Great service initially We bought a CR-V from Huggins Honda last year. There was a faint aroma of cigarette smoke but the dealership GUARANTEED us that no one had smoked in the car previously. With two young kiddos riding around in it, cigarette smoke is a non negotiable. After about a month of driving, we even more noticed the smell of smoke. When we turned the AC on high, dust and debris came out of the vents. We called Huggins and they did a NuvinAir treatment on it for free!! Great, right? The car smelled great and they assured me (as well as the NuvinAir rep) that all the air filters had been changed as well. Fast forward a few months...the smell of smoke has returned and there are stains on the cloth seats from whatever treatment the NuvinAir did on it. I took it in for its routine oil maintenance this week and the technician recommended that I change the air filters. When I assured him that my dealership had changed them, he pulled them out of the car and in between the filter parts you could see ash!!! Neither my husband or I smoke. So Huggins lied to us twice. Yes...it was smoked in previously for that much ash to build up. No...the air filters were not changed with the NuvinAir treatment. Probably not even looked at. We will not be returning to Huggins Honda unless something can be done about our stained/stinky seats and some sort of apology for lying to us. More

He always has our best interest at heart and makes us feel like family. It does seem like the finance process takes a while, always waiting for what feels like forever, but I still give them 5 stars. They weren't pushy and they really seemed to care about me as a person, and didn't treat me as just another customer. Even after I purchased the car, Gus located the former car owner to track down a second key fob for my vehicle so that I wouldn't have to purchase another key fob later down the line. I wished Huggins had a car dealership in/near Mesquite which is where I live. All I can say is if you have the chance to visit Huggins Honda, and you are able to have Gus or Jorge as your salesman, you will not regret it! I will refer all of my friends/family to this dealership who are looking for cars. Thanks once again to the entire staff at Huggins Honda, you guys rock! More

We worked with an internet sales representative Manny Davila. He was great, so polite, helpful and a real treasure for Huggins. He made the entire experience delightful and yes, fun! We also met Mark in Finance who was very personable and also took the angst out of the final purchase step. Overall, I cannot say enough about the Huggins team and how helpful, courteous and respectful they all were. I will definitely refer others and return in the future for my car needs. More

AMAZING!!! I have not so good credit and very little money to put down but needed a car. Yvette at Huggins is a miracle worker! Well I need to tell you that John Santos was exceptional. He was very informative without being too pushy. He went through all my options, explained value and made me feel great. Then I met with Yvette Garza the Finance Director. Wow. I am so blown away by these two individuals. I walked it what some might say an attitude and I am walking out with a new car and very happy. The level of customer service was some of the best I have received if not the best. More

Gustavo Rodriguez was able to find the car my Son had been wanting for over a year. Other dealerships wouldn't take my Son seriously, because he is only 20 years old. However, Huggins' Business Manager Tyler Randolph went out of his way to make sure my Son was able to get a loan for the car and also made sure to get the best interest rate possible. I am very impressed! More
Bad experience tying to purchase car I cancelled the purchase of a 2017 Honda Accord EX-L CVT white with beige interior due to failure to deliver the vehicle on June 8, 2017 as promised b I cancelled the purchase of a 2017 Honda Accord EX-L CVT white with beige interior due to failure to deliver the vehicle on June 8, 2017 as promised by salesman, Alex Golbuff. Mr. Golbuff lied to me on three occasions: 1. The first time I drove over your dealership to purchase the 2017 Accord EX-L CVT white with beige leather interior on June 1, 2017 and then was told there was none in stock (even though Mr. Golbuff confirm there was a vehicle in stock twice over the phone). 2. I was specifically told by Mr. Golbuff the car I contracted for would be in on June 8th and that he would call me when it came in. I put in a leave request to my employer to be off on June 9th to pick up the car. 3. When I did not hear from Mr. Golbuff on June 8th, I called him around 5:00 pm and was told the car was not in but would be in until next Tuesday (June 13th). I later found out for the first time from Mr. Golbuff's boss that the car would not be in until June 17th. Mr. Golbuff told his boss that he never gave me any specific date the car would be in stock. Not only was a sale lost but, based on my experience with Mr. Golbuff, I would not recommend Huggins Honda. More
